Print Direction: Fall Florals

As Miranda Priestly (Devil Wears Prada) says “Florals? For Spring? Ground breaking” But florals for Fall!? Kind of groundbreaking...

The Scoop

So here's the deal: it's cool to wear florals this Fall.

Designers were feeling extra moody this season and had no problem embracing a darker vision for floral prints. The catch? Make sure your florals contrast with a dark solid background. Think floral blooms against navy, olive, maroon or rose.

Mission Edit’s take

The bomber has been around for a few seasons, you probably own one in a traditional olive, black or grey. But this fall the bomber gets an update with fun prints, personalization and unexpected details.

Queue the Woodland  bomber jacket. Where sporty and girly come together in perfect harmony. Pair it with a simple white cami, grey jeans and earrings with an edge for a casual vibe.

Work friendly, kid friendly (machine washable, for all those sticky hands) and can be worn to a any type of shower (I go to about hmmmm 20 a year ;) )  Try the fall floral trend with the  Ellie V-neck dress.

*Beauty tip: Try your Fall florals with an equally moody lip. We like this berry color from  Bite Beauty.
